...Is the fact that there are enough fresh batteries to power the two new toys. (Although I still can't get one to work. Damn thing. The Chief has promised to fix it. How gentlemanly!).
...Is when the Chief leaves work early for his doctor's appointment and surprises me by stopping by the house. While I'm still in the brown lace housecoat. And he is in his work boots and khaki pants, which make him seem earthly and connected to something. And it's 'uniform' like. And all girls love a man in uniform. Particularly when he takes his shirt off and is half naked in uniform. Oh so delightful
...Is when the Chief, even though injured, decided that having teased me all week long,tormenting me with phone calls and whispered dark and delicious acts, not to mention my little self enforced vow of chastity till our weekend getaway, figures that maybe, just maybe I deserve a little bit of release...
And the very best part of Thursday, besides the fact that all these things combined make for the most mindblowingly awesome and fantastic and sexcellent weekday afternoon ever?
...Curling up and listening to his heart beating, while his big, warm hands traced idle circles on my exposed back. It was the most sensual, and incredible feeling... I love him :)
